By accessing or using the Light Progress UV-C Coil Configurator (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is provided for authorized dealers, representatives, and personnel of Light Progress and its affiliates.
2. Use of the Service
The Service produces preliminary equipment configurations, bills of materials, and pricing estimates for UV-C coil treatment systems. Outputs are for planning and quotation purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer, engineering specification, or guarantee of fitness for a particular installation. Final system design must be verified by qualified personnel.
3. Accounts
Accounts require approval by Light Progress. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Light Progress may suspend or revoke access at its discretion.
4. Pricing and availability
Prices shown in the Service are indicative and subject to change without notice. Product availability, specifications, and part numbers may change. Contact Light Progress to confirm current pricing before quoting end customers.
5. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Light Progress shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or reliance on its outputs.
